Sai Torto-Mensah (Executive Director CEO) As the Director and Co-Owner, Mr. Sai Torto-Mensah is responsible for the overall management and business initiatives of Cylin Oil & Allied Services International. Prior to establishing his own company, he consulted with other organizations sealing contracts with major petroleum companies, international commodity trading, capital investment, and hydrocarbon combustion management. Recognizing the opportunities in the petroleum sector, Mr. Torto-Mensah established his second company, Cylin Oil & Allied Services Intl Ltd in 2012 in Ghana with branches in South Africa, Zambia, Ireland and the USA.

Sheila Ayokor Mensah (Director of Operations)
Mrs Sheila Ayokor Mensah is a highly qualified business development, procurement, and logistics expert with over 21 years’ experience working with international development agencies, energy, Oil and Gas sector. Having worked with major cooperations in the UK, USA, South Africa and Ghana, she is an entrepreneurial with a demonstrated track record in procurement/Operation on a multi-national level. She is currently the Director of Operations for Cylin Oil & Allied Services Intl.

Gary Godfrey (Chief Logistics Director)
Mr. Gary Godfrey has over 30 years of experience in International Freight Forwarding and Logistics, specializing in the offshore Oil & Gas sector. Mr. Godfrey started his own Freight Company in Cape Town South Africa in 2004, servicing among other regions, the West Coast of Africa, shipping to Namibia, Angola, Congo, Equatorial Guinee, Nigeria, Mozambique and Kenya. He eventually sold the business to a large international Freight Forwarder in 2013. With the sale of his company, Mr Godfrey joined a large International Freight Forwarder as the Director of Operations. With his experience in Business and the Oil and Gas industry, he assisted with various Operational Issues and business startups in various countries, including South Africa, Angola, Namibia, Egypt and the USA. He has consulted with colleagues and clients in many other countries such as Brazil, Scotland, UK, France and Malaysia on warehousing and freight operational procedures.

Mr. Jose Mario boasts an extensive and distinguished career in Finance, Accountancy, and Taxation, spanning over four decades. His professional journey has been marked by significant roles, including his tenure as Managing Partner at SICG (Integral Services Consulting and Management), where he honed his expertise in Finance and Accounting. Mr. Mario’s proficiency in Portuguese, French, and English has not only facilitated seamless communication across diverse markets but also positioned him as an effective mediator and product procurer for the company. This linguistic capability has been instrumental in bridging gaps and fostering international relationships. In addition to his role at SICG, Mr. Mario has accumulated five years of valuable experience with Cylin Oil & Allied Services International Ltd. As the Managing Partner, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of the global Oil and Gas industry, with specialized knowledge in Trade, Risk, and Insurance. His leadership in these areas has contributed to his well-rounded expertise and strategic insights into the complexities of international trade and industry dynamics.

Mr. Isaac Boye-Torto is the Director of Information Technology and Port Services of Cylin Oil & Allied Services Inc. With over 20 years’ experience in various IT leadership and Port operations, Mr. Boye is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of enterprise architecture, application designs and innovative solutions. Prior to joining Cylin Oil, started his own outsourcing IT support company in USA, with direct oversight of port operations and maintenance.

Prior to this role, she worked in countries such as Italy, Belgium, and UK as a marketing consultant.
